Feel the Bern: How did Jim Harbaugh pull this off?

The news arrived this week and left some people wondering what the heck was going on.

Word came down that the elusive Jim Harbaugh had managed to meet with the Atlanta Falcons, and no one knew about it. With the internet and all the news services, give Harbaugh credit for pulling a Houdini.

But why the Atlanta Falcons? On Monday, he met with the Los Angeles Chargers, and that made a great deal of sense because they have a superstar quarterback in Justin Herbert. All Herbert needs is someone like Harbaugh to show him the way. After all, some refer to Harbaugh as the Quarterback Whisperer.

As for the Falcons, they have several QBs that probably won’t be on the roster if Harbaugh is offered or takes the job. But the guess here is he did it as a favor to someone in the Falcons organization or someone that knew owner Arthur Blank. Harbaugh in Atlanta is a head-scratcher, but not to the point where you will need Head and Shoulders.

The betting here is Harbaugh has moved on and will come to the surface very soon, unless he needs something from Home Depot. The former owner of Home Depot is the current owner of the Falcons.

Jim, you’ll need a receipt...
