DETROIT โ Police are looking for a suspected carjacker after an armed robbery on Detroitโs east side. Police said that as he waited, a man approached on foot, entered the victimโs Nissan Altima, produced a weapon and ordered the victim out of the vehicle. VIDEO: Detroit police seek suspected car thief on the cityโs west side
DETROIT โ Police are seeking the publicโs assistance in identifying and locating a man wanted in connection to a car theft on Detroitโs west side. Police said surveillance footage in the area captured a man entering the victimโs white Chevrolet Malibu in the 9500 block of Michigan Avenue and driving off. Police said the vehicle was recovered the next day in the 8600 block of Michigan Avenue with a number of personal items missing. Detroit police seek thieves who targeted first responder, Army vet
The victims were talking to each other on the phone at the time when the thieves targeted their vehicle parked on Grayfield Street, near Telegraph Road and I-96. The theft happened June 27 at about 7:30 a.m. Surveillance video from the scene shows the thieves were prepared and knew what the were doing. Richardson-Littleton had just finished her shift at Childrens Hospital of Michigan and was speaking to her husband as she drove home.
