O'Leary was a passenger in a boat when it collided with another, his agent Jay Sures said. Sures told CNN that O'Leary's wife, Linda, was driving at the time. The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday on Lake Joseph, according to the Ontario Provincial Police. The man on the other boat, a 64-year-old from Florida, was killed, according to Ontario police. According to TMZ, O'Leary owns the boat involved in Saturday's collision.
