Is pepperoni pizza just for kids?
We all know that October is associated with candy because of trick-or-treating, but this month is also big for one more thing - pizza! Itโs National Pizza Month and, just like toppings, there are so many things to discuss. For Live In The Dโs Whatโs the Buzz, we stuck to the basics - pepperoni.

Daylight Saving is here: what could you give up for an hour?

AdSince most folks have been watching more during quarantine, would anyone be able to give up watching TV or streaming? Finally, Jason asked if anyone would be able to lose an hour of sleep each night. While Cohen said she didnโt notice the missing hour, the other guests were completely opposite.
Get your snack on for national snack food month
February is National snack food month and we invited some friends of Live In The D to get on the show to chat about everyoneโs snack habits. Joining host Tati was AJ Williams, managing editor of the Michigan Chronicle, Blaine Fowler, host of Blaine Fowler Morning Show, and Vanessa Cohen, co-founder of Cohen brand. First, Tati wanted to know everyoneโs take on whatโs better: sweet or salty snacks? While only Blaine said he really loves sweet snacks, everyone agreed that salty snacks like chips and popcorn are the way to go. AJ recommended pork rinds, which she said she switched to since itโs a great crunchy, salty snack, and it is full of protein but doesnโt have the carbs that chips have.
Celebrate your spouse
Tomorrow is National Spouses Day. In celebration we gathered a group of Live In The D friends to talk about the joys, and challenges of life with their spouse. Whatโs the best way to decorate your home for the holidays?
This is all about holiday decorations, so they started by discussing lights on the house. Blaine says his wife Colleen handles the decorations and while they do decorate the shrubs, they donโt give DTE a Merry Christmas. Besides some cool handmade vases and a Christmas tree, Vanessa likes to keep her decorations simple. She wants to decorate where her family can see and celebrate it so she is focusing her efforts on the inside. Melanie says she feels like people with white Christmas trees are the same as those who tell people you canโt sit in their living room.
Does it have to be cold or warm for you to go to sleep?
How did you sleep? Weโve all been asked at some point in our lives. Itโs one of the most important things we can do every day, but sometimes sleeping isnโt that easy. The group answered questions about snoring, the comfort level of your pillow versus your mattress, and if you can sleep in the cold or heat. They also shared their tricks on what they do to fall asleep.

Are you drinking wine the right way?
Tomorrow is National Drink Wine Day, so ahead of that, we wanted to know: Is there a right way to drink wine? We asked: Does it really matter what type of glass you drink wine out of?
