Suspected drunk boater crashes into sheriff's boat, seawall in Macomb County

A 69-year-old Oak Park man operating a 30′ vessel struck a Patrol Boat that was conducting a minor marine violation stop, causing damage to both vessels, before colliding with a seawall.
