Fatal shooting in Redford motel leads to murder charge of boyfriend

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Jose Angel Oquendo-Torruella, 39, of Detroit, in connection with the fatal shooting of girlfriend Valentina Colban, 37, also of Detroit.
