Hunting changes to take on growing deer problem in Michigan

Michigan's firearm deer hunting season gets underway on Nov. 15, 2024, and runs until the end of the month. The state really wants people to hunt as Michigan has a growing deer problem. The DNR is looking to make it easier to bring home some venison.
