Detroit Parade Company unveils student-designed America's Thanksgiving Parade float

Detroit is gearing up for America's Thanksgiving Parade, highlighting the student-designed Skillman float, a favorite feature. Fifth-grader Harmony Henry won the grand prize for her design, which embodies the theme "we're better together," a message reinforced by Angelique Power of the Skillman Foundation. The float, along with other entries from Detroit kids, will be showcased on Thanksgiving morning, with coverage starting early on Local 4.
