Macomb County superintendent arrested, faces felony charges

Fitzgerald Public Schools Superintendent Hollie Stange and Food Services Director Amanda Carroll were arrested near the school for smoking marijuana. Complaints of student altercations led police to investigate, uncovering Stange's alleged narcotic activity on school property. Both face charges of marijuana possession, with Stange additionally charged for a weapon found in her car. The school board has placed them on administrative leave and initiated an internal review.
