Family spokesperson of Ashley Elkins gives update on missing Macomb County mother of 2

According to the Roseville Police Department, the ex-boyfriend of Ashley Elkins, the missing mother of two, has been arrested. The arrest occurred on Wednesday (Jan. 8) evening where a family spokesperson said substantial evidence suggested that she was killed.
