Expert weighs in on deadly plane crash outside DC

The NTSB is investigating a mid-air collision between a Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines plane, resulting in no survivors from the 64 passengers and 3 crew members. The collision involved several figure skating community members returning from a camp. Flight data recorders have not yet been recovered as they remain underwater.
