Street Beet popup plans to take over former Bobcat Bonnie's Corktown location

Street Beet, a well-liked vegan pop-up known for its plant-based burgers and sandwiches, is transitioning from its current spot at Third Street Bar in Midtown to a permanent location in Corktown. Owner Meghan Shawn recently revealed that the new restaurant would be housed at the former Bobcat Bonnie’s site, though the opening date remains unconfirmed.
