Full hearing: Oakland County mom accused of abandoning kids in court for welfare fraud charges

Kelli Bryant, 34, of Pontiac, the mother accused of abandoning her three kids and leaving them to live alone in filthy conditions for years, was back in court on March 25 for a hearing on welfare fraud charges.
