Man charged in Oxford Christmas Eve shooting that killed 1, injured 2 to appear in court

The man accused of going on a senseless shooting rampage on Christmas Eve in Oxford is expected to face a judge on Friday. Malik Letroy Webb, from Flint, allegedly killed one woman and hurt two others who authorities said were all trying to help him.
