Drier weather on the way for Metro Detroit

Showers and cloud cover will diminish this afternoon and evening, giving way to more sun Tuesday and Wednesday

4Warn Weather – Spotty showers and cloud cover will diminish throughout the afternoon across Southeast Michigan as a low-pressure system and mid-level energy exit the Ohio Valley. High pressure moving into the Great Lakes region will keep skies mainly clear tonight and for the next couple of days.

Today’s highs will be a tad below normal, near 80°, with a northeast breeze around 10-15 mph.
