With everything going on this year, many small businesses have been severely affected and are struggling to survive.
One way to help them is to shop local.

Westland Mayor Bill Wild joined Jason Carr to discuss some of the great shops and stores to visit.
Wild said there are more than 160 stores to visit in the city’s shopping and dining business area. He said this year, business owners needs patrons more than ever -- and supporting small shops and restaurants will help tremendously.
