One color you can expect to see trending in 2025 is Mocha Mousse, which is Pantone’s Color of the Year.
Distinguishing a color of the year is about marketing, explained Local 4 Style Editor Jon Jordan. He explained that it applies to everything from fashion to makeup and even automobile companies. Jon also said the color of the year is about color standardization.
Jon says the best mocha shade for you might have a red hue or a yellow hue. He also explained that true mocha can look ashy. When it comes to makeup, Jon said to be sure to look in the mirror to see if it’s the right shade of mocha for you.
