What did authorities find?

Authorities also seized a dumpster from the apartments.
Meanwhile, police also recovered the missing Warren mother’s 2009-2010 Chevy Malibu in the area of 13 Mile and Little Mack.
Elkins’ family is also joining the search.

“It just took too long,” said Monika Elkins, mother of Ashley Elkins. “It’s like they didn’t care… like she was nobody.”
Natalie Wilson, co-founder of the Black and Missing Foundation, told Local 4 the Elkins family contacted the organization after filing the police report to boost awareness.
“Well, it’s very concerning the amount of time that has passed by,” Wilson said. “She’s been missing for six days now.”
However, Warren police said it initiated an investigation immediately upon receiving the missing person’s report.
In the latest update, the department shared how it executed nearly 20 search warrants; conducted video canvasses; reviewed digital evidence; and interviewed multiple friends and family members.
Several leads are being actively pursued by several law enforcement agencies, according to the police departments.
