MONROE, Mich. – Two teens were arrested after allegedly hitting a bicyclist with a car in Monroe.
According to authorities, it happened Jan. 21 at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fifth and Navarre streets. Police said a 21-year-old was riding a bicycle and was intentionally hit by a vehicle that drove off.

Police identified the vehicle and tracked down the driver, a 19-year-old from Monroe. The suspected driver and an 18-year-old passenger were arrested Saturday, Jan. 25. They are expected to be charged with felonious assault.
