MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A Macomb County man has been charged for allegedly robbing a bank in Roseville, officials said.
Jeffrey Larsh, 31, of Warren, is accused of robbing a credit union on Gratiot Avenue on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
He allegedly walked in and passed a note to the bank teller, demanding $6,000.
The teller gave him the cash, and Larsh left.
After investigating, Roseville police arrested Larsh without incident.
Larsh was arraigned in the morning on Thursday, Jan. 30. He faces up to life in prison on the bank robbery charge.
“Thanks to the swift work of the Roseville Police Department, the defendant has been apprehended and will now face the full consequences of his actions,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido. “Robbing a bank is a serious offense, and our office is committed to holding offenders fully accountable.”
Larsh was given a $25,000 bond.
No other court dates have been scheduled at this time.
