DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 12-year-old girl who went missing in Detroit.

Jessica Armstrong left her residence with her sister, Janiyah Armstrong, in the 19400 block of Moenart Street on Tuesday (Feb. 11) without permission and failed to return home.

She was last seen wearing all-black clothing.
