DETROIT – Police are seeking information about a 28-year-old man who went missing in Detroit.
Justin Bates left his residence in the 14100 block of Riverview Street on Sunday (Feb. 23) and did not return home.

Bates was last seen wearing a black jacket, red shirt, red pants, and olive green ‘Nike’ shoes.
According to his cousin, he has bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
