The Detroit Lions are making moves as NFL free agency begins.
The Lions have reportedly signed cornerback D.J. Reed to a three-year, $48 million deal, landing one of the top corners on the market.

The move comes after Carlton Davis III signed with the Patriots on Monday, a three-year deal worth $60 million.
Reed, 28, has spent the last three seasons with the Jets, one of the league’s top ranked defenses. He also played two seasons in Seattle and two in San Francisco.
In his career, Reed has played 101 games, accumulating 414 tackles, and six interceptions.
