A federal judge’s finding that extreme heat in Texas prisons is unconstitutional could lead to the state being ordered to spend billions to install air conditioning to cool them off.

With a margin this small, the secretary of state said this morning there will probably be a recount. But if Trump ends up ahead, it could be the Biden campaign asking for a recount. Well, according to the secretary of state's office, the recount will be done on high-speed scanners at each county's central election office.
