This heavy snowfall is expected to bring 2-8 inches of snow to Southeast Michigan, with local totals higher near the Thumb.
The majority of Metro Detroit is expected to get 3-6 inches of snow.
The heaviest snow is expected to happen between 5 p.m. on Wednesday and continue through 2 a.m. on Thursday.
