It sure is nice to see the sun make a brief appearance today. The sun will retreat behind the clouds Friday as a cold front brings us accumulating snow to end the week.

Thursday

Thursday night and the morning commute will be dry. But it’s definitely cold with wind chills in the single digits.

Friday

At around noon on Friday, snow sets up out to the west and throughout the afternoon and early evening blankets all of Southeast Lower Michigan.

Most areas pick up a quick 1-2” with as much as 3” in a few locations.

Weekend Forecast

Round 2 arrives Sunday into Monday.

There will be cold temperatures through next week with highs running at least a few degrees below normal.
