4Warn Weather – We are digging our way out of the deep freeze in Metro Detroit.
Who would’ve thought 30 degrees sounds warm? With wind chills the past few mornings as low as -15 degrees, our normal winter high of 36 sounds almost balmy.
Overnight, a few light snow showers will put down a quick coating in most areas. Wind chills will continue to be below zero by morning.
Thursday
Thursday brings clouds and a few flurries. Temps stay well below normal, with highs only in the low 20s.
Friday
Friday is dry and the beginning of our journey out of the deep freeze. By the weekend, highs return to the upper 20s, close to 30; by early next week, we could even hit 40!
But a rain-snow mix early next week might make it tough to enjoy the warmer temps.,
See you at 11 p.m.
