4Warn Weather – High-pressure will build into the region and that will bring plenty of sunshine, and we will start to warm things up drastically. With a strong southerly flow, high temperatures will head into the lower 50s by the end of the weekend on Sunday.
Mainly clear skies will stick around overnight tonight into Monday morning. It will be a chilly start, but not nearly as cold as what we’ve seen the last few days.
We will keep the dry weather into the forecast for the first half of next week, mostly sunny skies will be expected Monday, and into Tuesday. And that warming trend will continue. High temperatures heading into the 60s by Monday, and the 60s will stick around into Tuesday as well..
These temperatures will run about 20° or better above average. There’s also the potential that it could be a little breezy as we had throughout the day on Tuesday as we’re going to see some strong mixing bring some of those gusty winds down to the surface.
Temperatures will cool off by the time we get to the middle of the week on Wednesday thanks to a cold front that will move through the region as we throughout the day on Tuesday. High temperatures remaining well above average, we’ll see high temperatures into the upper 40s to right around 50 degrees by the middle of the week.
The forecast remains dry looking ahead into the second half of the week, and we will keep the spring-like warmth into the forecast as well. High temperatures back into the 60s for Thursday through the start of next weekend.
Our next chance of rain moves into the region for the start of next weekend on Saturday as an area of low pressure working into the region with another cold front. Expect colder temperatures to move back into the region for the end of next weekend on Sunday.
