Spring-like weather continues in Metro Detroit, when to expect rain chances

Dry cold front brings cooler and breezy conditions

DETROIT – It’s a warmer and windier start to the day. However, we will turn cooler this afternoon as a dry cold front pushes across the region.

Increasing clouds, but remaining dry with highs in the mid-50s. It will be slightly breezy with gusts around 20 mph. Even with the cooler airmass, we are still about 10 degrees above average. However, it will be about 20 degrees cooler tonight than last night as lows fall into the upper 20s.

Wednesday

The coolest day this week arrives Wednesday with highs in the seasonal mid-40s under partly sunny skies.

Later this week

Another warming trend emerges later this week bringing temperatures well above average both Thursday and Friday. Mid-50s return on Thursday and mid-60s on Friday.

This Weekend

We are flirting with 70 on Saturday. Winds will pick up and rain chances return early Saturday. We fall back into the 50s on Sunday.
