4Warn Weather – After a beautiful day across the region, with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures for part of the day, a weak, cool front has moved through the region.

Mid-week forecast

This will cool temperatures down into the evening hours tonight, and we will continue that cooling trend into the overnight and early Wednesday morning.

Sunshine will give way to mainly clear skies overnight Tuesday.

Overnight lows will drop back into the upper 20s Tuesday night, so you will need your coat as you head to the bus stop early Wednesday morning.

High pressure will firmly control the forecast through the end of the upcoming week, so that will keep the sunshine around at least for the next few days before a little more cloud cover rolls in for the end of the week on Friday.

High temperatures on Wednesday will be about 15 to 20° colder than on Tuesday, thanks to a weak cool front that moved through late Tuesday morning into Tuesday afternoon.

High temperature is heading into the 40s by the time we get to Wednesday afternoon.

Friday

But we’ve got another spring warm-up on the way, and we’re looking ahead to the end of the week.

We keep the sunshine in the forecast through Friday, with a little more cover working on Friday afternoon and Friday evening.

Weekend forecast

The high temperature will warm into the 50s by Thursday, then back into the 60s on Friday, and out of the first part of the weekend on Saturday.

Our rain chances return to the forecast for the upcoming weekend. Two waves of rain are on the way, one for Saturday and one for Sunday.

Once the rain is out of the region by the end of the weekend, we will bring some sunshine into the forecast.

Looking into next week, colder temperatures will also be moving in.

The high temperature will drop into the 40s on Monday and warm back up to the 50s by next Tuesday.
