DETROIT – After a quick passing line of showers early this morning, we will be drying out the rest of the day. A Flood Warning remains in effect for Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties until 10:00 AM. We will be warmer, in the 60s, and windy with gusts upward of 30 mph.
Friday
Play Ball! The Tigers’ home opener should be mainly dry. Forecasting just a slight chance of a light shower, but likely to be mostly to partly cloudy skies and highs in the seasonal 50s. Next round of showers and thunderstorms arrives Friday night into Saturday.
Weekend
The next round of widespread rain that takes us through Saturday may be heavy, especially for our southern counties with 1+ inches of rainfall possible. Temperatures will be on either side of 50 this weekend with rain likely Saturday and a slight chance on Sunday.
Next Week
Cooler conditions will build in early next week with an opportunity for some rain/snow showers on Monday before high pressure returns the middle of next week.
