Wet End to the Week with Cooler Weekend Ahead

Cold front brings scattered to numerous thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.

4Warn Weather – Highs will be in the 70s today. Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon. Isolated storms could become strong to marginally severe after noon through 8 PM, producing wind gusts of 50-60 mph and small hail. Otherwise, heavy rain will be the main threat.

Weekend

High pressure this weekend brings dry conditions. Cool and cloudy Saturday in the wake of the cold front with highs in the mid to upper 50s, before returning to seasonal 60s on Sunday as sunshine returns.

Next Week

Warmer weather will build back in with 70s and 80s in the forecast Monday and Tuesday. Another cold front will bring shower and storms chances late Tuesday into Wednesday morning due to another cold front which will bring renewed chances for thunderstorms.
