Wet Wednesday with more seasonal temperatures

Some wet snowflakes could mix with the rain

DETROIT – Grab an umbrella today! Rain will develop along and south of I-94 late this morning through the afternoon.

There is a chance for some wet snowflakes to mix in. However, a mix of snow and rain is more likely for the M-59/I-69 corridors this afternoon into tonight, with perhaps a slushy accumulation up to an inch. Highs top our in the upper 30s, near 40.

Thursday

There’s a chance of a rain/snow mix on Thursday. Highs in the low 40s.

Friday

Breezy on Friday with a chance of minor snow accumulations across the Thumb. Otherwise, highs across the Metro will be a bit warmer in the mid to upper 40s.

This weekend

This weekend will be much colder with highs in the 30s and wind chills dropping into the single digits.

Next week

We warm back up with highs approaching 50 again and rain chances return.
